There are literally thousands of compositions to be found in Arches National Park, I could go there several times a year and always find new images.

Home of the spectacular Mesa Arch, Canyonlands is a photographers nirvana.

Hunts Mesa is one of the many hidden jewels of Monument Valley. Daytime and nighttime photography at its best.

We have all heard the phrase "Stop and smell the roses". To say photography forces you to smell the roses is not accurate. Photography allows and gently helps you appreciate what nature has blessed us with.
Whether you are patiently waiting for an elusive wolf or framing a beautiful field or wildflowers every sense in your body is awake to all of your surroundings. A fellow photographer called it his happy place and I can honestly say it is mine also. Part of our passion is sharing what we have seen and experienced.

When given the task of choosing my favorite photo I will most always choose an image of young beings. Shooting newborn elephant calves was mesmerizing! Watching them discover themselves was such a treat. A day later we were treated to a new family of cheetah cubs learning how to emulate their mother. The beauty and grace of these exquisite creatures was a feast for eyes and camera.
Your favorite photo is a moving target! Having a new favorite photo means you are constantly finding new places and beings to place in your viewfinder. What a marvelous way to stay in contact with this magnificent world we live in.
I love my camera deeply—not just as a tool, but as a constant companion in my journey through life.
It's been with me across continents, capturing moments both grand and intimate, giving me the power to freeze time and tell stories through light and perspective. From quiet alleys in old towns to sweeping mountain vistas, it has helped me see the world more clearly and express the way I feel about it.
